Can I cancell my order?
If you wish to cancell your order, please write to us at hello@mybeautyandgo.com letting us know the order number, your name, email and telephone number. Our team will confirm if cancellation is possible.

Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge £3.99 on orders under £40. Shipping is free for orders over £40, make sure you select the “Free Shipping” option at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days from our warehouse. The order should arrive within 2 – 3 business days after it is shipped.

Why can’t I order just 1 bottle?
We sell Skin Shot in a box of 10 bottles. This is the minimum required to start getting skin glowing.
What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?
Our bottles are plastic (PET) and fully recyclable per classification ‘1’. Additionally, our PET bottles are BPA-free and phthalate-free.
RETURNS
My shipment was damaged
We’re really sorry to hear this. Please send us an email to hello@mybeautyandgo.com with a photo of the damage and we will replace your order or provide you with a refund.
I want to return my order
Please email customer services at hello@mybeautyandgo.com within 15 days of the date of your purchase stating the reason for your return. Your eligibility to return the item(s) will be reviewed at the time of your email.
If eligible, return your unused and unopened item(s) in the original package. Returns received that are not in these conditions will not be eligible and processed for a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you with notification that your returned item was received and whether a refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
Refunds will be issued to the same billing method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
